The clear goal is to help young Indians reconnect with each other meaningfully and offline.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of our platform. You'll ensure we have the resources, systems, and processes to grow sustainably from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models (unit economics, CAC/LTV, marketplace liquidity).
  • Lead fundraising efforts: prepare investor materials, pitch decks, financial modelling, and investor relations.
  • Establish robust financial systems: accounting, compliance, reporting, unit economics, CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Oversee compliance, accounting, and corporate governance.
  • Design operational processes for venue partnerships, equipment rentals, event logistics.
  • Balance marketplace liquidity: ensuring enough hosts and events meet attendee demand.
  • Build trust & safety operations: dispute resolution, refunds, community guidelines.
  • Oversee legal & compliance frameworks: contracts, NDAs, corporate structure, MCA compliance.
  • Forge partnerships with venues, service providers, student organizations.
  • Develop KPI dashboards: event volume, ticket sales, host retention, repeat attendance.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance, consulting, or startup operations.
  • Prior experience in marketplaces or consumer platforms is advantageous.
  • Comfort managing logistics, partnerships, customer support.
  • Strategic thinker who can execute early on.
  • Passion for building communities and scaling people-first businesses.
