As a key professional, you will spearhead the interior design renovation vertical for our organization. This role involves overseeing the entire customer experience from potential client to satisfied customer, focusing on operations including project management, client communication and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills to oversee day-to-day operations, with a strong background in interior design and excellent talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer journey from initial contact to successful delivery, emphasizing project management, client relations, and team collaboration.
• Lead a team of designers, drafters, project managers, site supervisors, and other staff to deliver high-quality designs.
• Develop design proposals, presentations, and project documentation, ensuring timely completion.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Build trust with clients to establish a referral network and collaborate with brokers, builders, and other industry partners for sustained referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
