
Chief Growth Strategist

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) is a strategic role within our organization, responsible for driving growth and transformation by identifying, validating, and scaling new business opportunities.
This position requires an innovative and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can own the P&L and operating cadence of a specific category, setting revenue, margin, and efficiency targets, and running weekly/monthly reviews to enforce unit-economics guardrails.
The EIR will also be responsible for defining segment focus, propositions, pricing/packaging, and geo priorities, translating these into a prioritized execution roadmap. Additionally, they will build a disciplined test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing, with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and scale/kill decisions.
This role encompasses full-funnel ownership, orchestrating acquisition → conversion → retention levers end-to-end, tightening handoffs, reducing leakage, expanding LTV, and stabilizing predictable revenue. The EIR will also hire and lead a cross-functional squad, set OKRs, coach for performance, and drive adoption of playbooks through SOPs and change management.
