Process Training Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional training programs.

  • A highly skilled individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Training Manager or Deputy Manager Training in a BPO or customer service environment is required.
  • Mandatory expertise in International Voice Process, with prior experience in this field essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  2. Develop individualized training and development plans that address needs and expectations.
  3. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
  4. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.

Candidates willing to relocate may also apply. The selected candidate will be required to work in shifts, including 24/7 rotations.
