Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers through visually appealing displays that drive sales and enhance store image.

This role requires a deep understanding of products in a fashionable and commercial context, including materials, fabrics, and styles. The successful applicant will stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and competitors' market to provide informed feedback to the product department.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products and stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and competitors' market.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting specific customer needs.
  • Visual Merchandise: Apply basic Visual Merchandising techniques to create visually appealing displays that drive sales and enhance store image.
  • Product Reception: Manage the product delivery process to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and train a team of visual merchandisers to perform duties efficiently.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in inventories and follow security procedures to minimize inventory loss.
  • Stock Management: Organize stock room procedures and maintain accurate inventory levels.
