Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Officer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Retail Sales Officer.

The primary responsibility of this position is to create a seamless shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout their visit.

This involves greeting customers warmly, offering assistance, and listening attentively to their needs and preferences.

Using your knowledge of our products, provide clear explanations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of each item, highlighting its quality, design language, and specifications.

You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing display of our products, showcasing them in an attractive manner that encourages customers to explore and purchase.

To enhance customer satisfaction, you will advise on the best options within their budget, providing information about different cuts of jewelries, their quality, design language, and specifications.

Another key aspect of this role is to facilitate smooth transactions, providing consumers with the necessary jewelry, including pricing details and product information.

You will assist customers with wrapping and bagging their items purchased, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

In addition, you will acquire customer details, create a customer code, and update stores into the software system, maintaining sales records and taking control of respective counters assigned.

This role also requires reporting to the Store Manager for day-to-day activities and any other needful tasks.
