Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced payroll operations professional to manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation and benefits, income tax, statutory compliance, and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer accurate and timely salary disbursement, including bonuses, arrears, and adjustments.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, exits, and status changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience managing payroll for 5000+ employees is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Reporting Structure:

The Payroll Operations Manager will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with the Finance, Compliance, and IT teams.
