This pivotal role shapes brand narrative, drives engagement and enables sales. Strategic thinking, creativity and business acumen are required to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Building: Drive awareness, preference and credibility among stakeholders. Manage integrated media plans across ATL, BTL and Digital, optimizing spend for impact.

Channel Engagement: Create innovative GTM plans across key accounts, product categories and financial programs. Build partnerships with trade bodies and local associations to expand influence and recall.

Demand Generation & Revenue Maximisation: Develop and execute programs to drive top-of-funnel leads and pipeline for customer segments, product categories and financing programs. Activate outbound outreach programs to engage high-potential customer databases.

Digital Adoption & Platform Engagement: Support product and technology teams to improve digital adoption and self-serve capabilities of our platform across various customer journeys. Increase straight-through and unassisted orders via the platform.

Customer Experience: Ensure consistent messaging across the entire customer journey from acquisition to loyalty. Monitor and drive NPS using insights, data, feedback and competitive analysis.

Requirements

Preferred Candidate: 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, industrial or allied sectors. Demonstrated success in brand building, lead generation, digital marketing and sales enablement.

Essential Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management and storytelling ability. Analytical mindset with hands-on approach to performance tracking and marketing effectiveness. Creative thinker with deep attention to detail and bias for execution.
