Job Role: Associate Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Associate Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving senior management meetings, leading teams to achieve engagement objectives, and cultivating a positive work culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP and differences from Ind AS to ensure accurate application in engagements.
  • Collaborate with Partners to foster strong client relationships and execute Ind AS engagements effectively.
  • Apply relevant accounting standards independently, researching complex technical issues to provide insightful solutions.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey key findings at various levels within an organization and Assurance Committee Meetings.
Leadership and Team Management Skills:
  • Drive senior management meetings and lead teams to achieve engagement objectives.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture, embodying our values and promoting teamwork among team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, supervise and coach junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Business Development and Growth Opportunities:
  • Identify and pitch new business opportunities to potential clients, preparing compelling pitches for new mandates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to drive growth and excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
