This position is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that all processes comply with internal control and audit requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute daily workload among team members
  • Lead a team of professionals handling invoices
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Handle exceptions and resolve escalations promptly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution
  • Educate critical issues to management or stakeholders when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
  • Monitor team performance
  • Motivate and engage team members
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively articulate with stakeholders
  • Pursue process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
  • Promote automation where possible

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably in a team management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion would be beneficial
