Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our data infrastructure. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining sophisticated ETL pipelines, designing high-performance database structures, and driving data-powered outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern ETL tools, such as DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend. They'll also possess strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines using DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Design high-performance database structures and queries for analytics.
  • Develop BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy systems and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SQL database development (MS SQL Server required).
  • 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools.
  • 5+ years of BI/reporting experience (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
  • Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure).
  • ITAM expertise (software/hardware lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and programming skills (Python, R).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
