About the Position

We're seeking a talented Data Engineer/Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

  • This role will involve building and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines using Python, designing A/B testing frameworks, and analyzing customer journeys to uncover valuable insights.
  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to support commercial strategies with data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources.
  2. Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth and improved customer engagement.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  4. Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits, validations, and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in building ETL workflows and data processing scripts.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and database modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and data storage solutions is a plus.
