Job Summary:

Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee welfare, grievances, and union relations while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
  • Implement efficient attendance management for contract labor.
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing for all employees.
  • Collaborate with central accounts to improve payroll efficiency.
Security Management:
  • Enforce gate control measures to secure the plant and employees.
  • Monitor security team effectiveness and coordinate with agencies.
  • Evaluate risks to plant property and employees, strengthening security practices.
  • Select and monitor contractors for transportation, housekeeping, and gardening services.
  • Maintain a clean and green working environment through 5S practices.
Contract Labor Administration:
  • Audit and correct contract labor management to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Address contract employee grievances promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contract labor management.
Labor Law Compliance:
  • Review and complete provident fund (PF) activities efficiently.
  • Manage Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) activities smoothly.
  • Fulfill labor law compliance requirements.
  • Respond to government inspections and notices.
Employee Relations:
  • Distribute welfare items and conduct events as per the welfare calendar.
  • Strengthen grievance redressal processes.
  • Design and implement employee involvement initiatives.
  • Support Senior Manager in driving employee relations initiatives.
External Liaisoning:
  • Liaise with local officials, police, and labor office.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with unions, political influencers, and local bodies.
  • Draft replies to external stakeholders.
Disciplinary Measures:
  • Take disciplinary measures for misconducts.
  • Be conversant with disciplinary inquiry and legal drafting processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. MBA or MHRM degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Marathi language is required.
