Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in Workday HR around Colleague environment for our healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR.
  • Colleague environment experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.

  • Previous experience with similar software and technologies.
  • Ability to design and execute complex test scenarios.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position. Location: India. Duration: Long term. Start: Immediate (must be available to start within 2 weeks).
