About the Role

We are seeking a MIS Operations Manager to oversee our e-commerce platform's operational efficiency, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, checkout pages, payment systems, and promotions.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, analyzing sales, traffic, and inventory data to provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in IF formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions. They will also handle email correspondence with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and update products and promotions as needed.

A strong background in commerce is essential, with prior experience in e-commerce or MIS reporting being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, checkout pages, payment systems, and promotions to ensure smooth customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, analyzing sales, traffic, and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
  • Use advanced Excel functions like IF formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and others for detailed data analysis and reporting.
  • Handle email correspondence with stakeholders, communicating effectively and updating products and promotions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from a commerce background (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or MIS reporting is a plus.
