E-Commerce Specialist Role

This position involves overseeing the end-to-end e-commerce process, focusing on sales-to-order cycles, supplier coordination, and generating insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate sales orders and purchase orders while adhering to operational standards.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decisions.
  • Liaise with suppliers daily to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Partner with logistics and sales teams to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels effectively to avoid stock discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage and troubleshoot payment gateway processes to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Reconcile and document all operational processes and reports for audit and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, multitasking ability, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated expertise in e-commerce platform management, inventory control, and payment gateway integration is essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting and data analysis is also required.

We are seeking an experienced professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high attention to detail.
