Our team seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead innovative campaigns and elevate brand storytelling through creative strategy and campaign development.

  • Lead customer-centric strategies that enhance brand narratives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create immersive digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Translate customer insights into compelling creative concepts that boost conversion rates and retention.
Content Planning & Messaging
  • Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for diverse customer segments.
  • Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet shopper needs.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—performance marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign execution with external agencies and internal teams, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and strategic guidance are met.
Data-Driven Optimization
  • Leverage customer behavior data and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.
