Lead Architect Position

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Architect to spearhead architectural and master planning projects.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree, excellent English communication skills, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery. Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.

Additionally, you will be expected to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain high-quality design standards throughout the project lifecycle.
