The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and provide visionary leadership to our BFSI practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing our Banking and Financial Services and Insurance Practice, setting strategic direction and driving business growth.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to expand our presence in the banking and financial services sector, identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify key clients, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Staying abreast of emerging trends in banking and financial services, leveraging technology to innovate and deliver value to our clients.
  • Leading a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics, adjusting our strategy and offerings as needed.
