This role is not a ticketing job. You'll work directly with founders, product, and engineering to:

  • Drive customer outcomes through proactive engagement
  • Build reusable playbooks from scratch
  • Influence what the product becomes through real customer insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Run onboarding + ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems fast — sometimes before the customer sees them
  • Influence product roadmap through real customer insights
  • Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
  • Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch

You'll Succeed Here If You

  • Have ~3 years in CS / client delivery / consulting / ops experience
  • Are calm in chaos — startup ambiguity doesn't faze you
  • Think like an owner: proactive, scrappy, hands-on
