Job description:

As an ITSM tool architect at People Prime Worldwide, you will lead the development of integrated solutions using various tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing end-to-end processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration across applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, experience with multiple ITSM tools, and excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be proficient in rest APIs, CMDB, and SOAP integration.

Some of the tasks you may perform include:

  • Configuring and customizing ITSM applications to meet business requirements
  • Interacting with clients to gather requirements and plan implementation
  • Performing design and functional reviews to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Collaborating with other ITSM administrators to develop and implement solutions
