Job Title: Digital Collections Team Leader

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably with expertise in digital collections or digital marketing/campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management
  1. Lead and mentor a team of digital collections agents to achieve exceptional performance and meet key objectives.
  2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
  3. Create a positive work environment that fosters high performance and collaboration.
  4. Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Digital Collections Strategy & Execution
  1. Develop and implement effective digital collections campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, social media, and chat.
  2. Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve recovery rates.
  3. Utilize data analytics to segment customer portfolios and tailor communication approaches.
  4. Collaborate with the analytics team to design and refine digital collections models.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  1. Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track team performance, analyze campaign results, and generate comprehensive reports.
  2. Prepare and present regular performance updates using PowerPoint for senior management and clients.
  3. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process enhancements and strategic improvements.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  1. Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on collection performance.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  1. Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline digital collections operations.
  2. Ensure all collections activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital collections and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, with a strong preference for a background in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven experience leading a team.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
