Jewelry Collection Curator

We are seeking a seasoned Product Merchandiser to oversee our jewelry collections from concept to delivery.

• This role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.
• Candidates with strong jewelry industry knowledge and merchandising expertise are preferred.

• Develop and execute product merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on product development.
• Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
• Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools.
• Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis.
• Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines.
• Lead product launches from concept to rollout.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow.

• 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences.
• Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain.
• Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with merchandising tools a plus.
• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
