We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of Education Counsellors. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Education Counsellors to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive team performance by monitoring productivity and providing regular feedback.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients to maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in CRM/database tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Intermediate-level MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
