Lead Corporate Project Coordinator

You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring that project objectives are achieved. Your role involves implementing an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: You will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring changes/variations, and ensuring that assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Team Coordination: You will foster teamwork among all project stakeholders and ensure that project managers work collaboratively with client SMEs, keeping them informed on project status throughout the process.
- Performance Management: You will oversee the design and project management/site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities.
- Negotiation and Coordination: You will support in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of projects.
- Reporting: You will establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and our organization.

To excel in this position, you must possess:
- A detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in the building construction industry as a project management professional.
- Relevant experience in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
- A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
- Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
