Job Summary

Lead the user acceptance testing for our eCommerce platform, aligning testing goals with business and customer expectations.

Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure coverage of critical eCommerce flows, including product search, cart, checkout, payment, and returns.

  • Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria;
  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements;
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects in collaboration with development and QA teams;
  • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure UAT environment mirrors production and manage test data preparation and validation.
  • Maintain documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions in accordance with regulatory standards and SOX approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and payment gateways;
  • Hands-on experience on Magento with in-depth knowledge of Functional flow and Admin Flows;
