The position in question involves overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and reviewing end-of-month activities for an intercompany team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 members, ensuring that they perform their duties effectively.

A critical aspect of this role is the ability to standardize processes, assign tasks, and identify opportunities for automation via transformation projects. Additionally, the candidate must have thorough knowledge of consolidations accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience in handling intercompany accounting and IC ledger reviews.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances, posting top-side entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances, and reviewing BS reconciliation of IC GLs in detail. The candidate must also be able to handle queries from Audit and Tax teams, provide solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries, and establish effective communication between the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications include CA certification, 8+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting, month end close experience, and team handling experience. Desired skills include knowledge of multiple ERP systems (SAP & QAD) and consolidation platforms (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Tagetik, Trintech).

Essential soft skills include strong communication skills, ability to build successful relationships across the organization through collaboration, consensus building, and interpersonal effectiveness, flexibility, and good team leadership skills. Additionally, multitasking and effective delegation are crucial for success in this role.
