Senior Design Manager (Solar Energy)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our solar energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, are cost-effective, and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review detailed design plans, specifications, and construction documents for large-scale solar PV power plants.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the entire design process, including feasibility studies, technical analysis, and quality assurance processes.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements and present design solutions and progress updates.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations and technology trends in solar PV design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in solar PV design and project management of single plants of 100 MWp and higher.
  • Proven expertise in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, Sketchup, and Helioscope.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
