Join Our Team as a Solar Support Associate

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support our construction team in the solar energy industry. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution services to installation companies, customers, and manufacturers.
  • Handle and log all technical calls and emails.
  • Perform installation quality checks and collect installer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service and maintenance requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is preferred.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • An engineering or technical support background is required.
  • Knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams is necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is required.
  • A problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and flexibility with hours are desired.
