Drive revenue growth and expand NNIIT's presence in the K9 and K12 education segments as a seasoned Inside Sales Executive.

A competitive salary package of ₹4.5 LPA + 2 lakhs Incentives based on target achieved awaits the successful candidate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who can:

  • Dial 250 cold calls daily to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
  • Identify and counsel clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Track progress in CRM tools, manage leads, and ensure regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement.
  • Assist the sales team by analyzing market trends to identify competitive advantages.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
