As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping the development of our high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications using Java/J2EE technologies, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  2. Contribute to the full lifecycle of application development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment, as well as debugging, enhancing, and upgrading existing ones to meet evolving business needs.
  3. Lead by example and mentor junior developers, promoting their growth and fostering a culture of best practices within the team.
  4. Develop and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and design patterns, ensuring maximum productivity and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and XML is essential.
  • Proven experience working with Spring and Hibernate frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent proficiency in MySQL or other Relational Database Management Tools (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Server) is required.
  • Experience with major Application Servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic) is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Design Patterns are crucial.
  • Good analytical skills to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions are necessary.
  • Self-driven and a strong team player with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
