Job Title: Brand Identity Manager

The role of a Brand Identity Manager is pivotal in driving brand messaging, product awareness, and customer engagement. This individual will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce compelling content.

  • Design and deliver high-quality banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.
  • Develop emailers and newsletters that align with marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects, ensuring creative output speaks to both audiences.
  • Develop storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand's design language fresh and innovative.
  • Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for digital channels (web, mobile, social, email).

A successful Brand Identity Manager requires a Bachelor's degree in design or related field, 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
