Financial Operations Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Operations Professional to drive financial results by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions within the finance operations division.

About this role:

  • Recent graduates holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree with excellent communication skills.
  • A willingness to work in the Accounting field.
  • The ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and on 3rd-party payroll.

This senior role requires addressing and resolving issues of lower complexity, following moderate-level instructions for daily tasks, and receiving detailed guidance for new assignments. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing financial reports, and providing insightful analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
