Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team at Horizon Hotel Jobs. As a Tandoor Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of tandoori dishes to high standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain tandoor ovens and equipment to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
  • Marinate and season meats, vegetables, and other ingredients for tandoori cooking.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper doneness and flavor.
  • Assist in the development of new tandoori recipes and menu items.
  • Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in tandoori cooking techniques.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in tandoor cooking.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
