- Production planning to ensure that the food is reaching the customer in time as per the brand standards in regional outlets. For ala carte and buffet while maintaining the quality.
- Focus on product presentation across the region
- Innovation on new product development - festivals and promotions
- Labor Scheduling and section planning to ensure labour productivity and efficiency is high.
- Labor cost is maintained within budget for Back of House
- Weekly closing for all the respective kitchen and store
- Documentation & communication of food variance to staff and management
- Maintaining weekly reports
- Hotel Management Graduate.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and data analytical skills.
- Should read and write English and Hindi.
- 12 to 15 years plus of experience in Culinary Operations (QSR & Casual dining business).
- Should be Master in Indian Cuisine with the added skills of South Indian, Biryani and Tandoor Skills.
- Should be able to lead a team of Multiple City Chef & 20 plus Cluster Chefs team in his region.
- Should have good Microsoft Knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
