About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Consultant to join our team in Nagothane, India. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for aiding contractor's superintendents and/or craft professionals in the assigned area of the project. You will assist with coordinating subcontract work activities and team development, ensuring that contractors have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and organize subcontractor activities, providing coordination and instruction to subcontractor management staff within the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements align with project objectives.
  • Review subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure seamless execution.
  • Verify installation of materials and equipment meets drawing, specification, vendor, and other requirements.
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and related work rules established by field construction management.
  • Support Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals in interpreting engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve constructability issues.

Requirements

  • A recognized degree in Civil Engineering or a scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in civil construction, leading to a thorough understanding of technical knowledge described above.
