Unlocking Business Intelligence: A Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to spearhead our Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analytics: Develop accurate, valid, and robust analytical solutions that drive growth and profitability objectives.
  • Expertise Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Business Impact Analysis: Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role requires 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services or retail business.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable college.
