Job Title: Business Operations Expert

This role is ideal for individuals who want to deepen their expertise in business strategy, data analytics, and process improvement within the health & fitness industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data from various sources including CRM tools, Excel, and Power BI to inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate new technology platforms and prepare comprehensive business cases for management review.
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders on ongoing projects and backlogs.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and SOPs to communicate key findings and recommendations to management and club-level teams.
  • Collaborate with club teams during system rollouts, incentive programs, and policy implementations.
  • Provide day-to-day analytical and operational support to the Business Architect.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software.

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, economics, data analytics, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions.
  • A passion for the health, wellness, or fitness industry is highly desirable.
