Job Title: Document Reviewer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Document Reviewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document review and be able to ensure that all incoming and outgoing documents meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, and missing information and escalate issues to the appropriate party.
  • Verify that all account-related documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular updates and changes to customer accounts, including personal information, contact details, account preferences, and service selections.
  • Ensure that all transaction processing is accurate, efficient, and in compliance with Client policies and agreements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-4 years of experience in document review or a related field.
  • A degree in any field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
