Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with agency personnel, clients, and their key decision-makers.
Develop and implement annual sales strategies for the region.
Provide direction to the sales team by setting and monitoring progress against sales plans.
Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share.
Business Processes:
Design and implement robust processes to ensure revenue bookings are compliant with company policy.
Ensure timely collection of monies through regular tracking.
People Management:
Monitor, coach, and mentor team members to close large-value sales deals.
Conceptualize and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell them.
Identify and develop talent by providing frequent feedback on their performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree with 10-14 years of experience in sales and marketing from any industry.
Personal Attributes:
Ability to work under pressure.
Revenue mindset.
Risk-taker with a bias for action.
Data-oriented with an ability to understand trends and spot opportunities.
