Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Sales & Marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain relationships with agency personnel, clients, and their key decision-makers.

    • Develop and implement annual sales strategies for the region.

    • Provide direction to the sales team by setting and monitoring progress against sales plans.

    • Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share.

  • Business Processes:

    • Design and implement robust processes to ensure revenue bookings are compliant with company policy.

    • Ensure timely collection of monies through regular tracking.

  • People Management:

    • Monitor, coach, and mentor team members to close large-value sales deals.

    • Conceptualize and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell them.

    • Identify and develop talent by providing frequent feedback on their performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree with 10-14 years of experience in sales and marketing from any industry.
