Environmental Sustainability Professional

As an Environmental Sustainability Professional, you will have a pivotal role in shaping the organization's approach to environmental responsibility. You will lead strategic initiatives to minimize the company's ecological footprint and ensure long-term sustainability goals are met.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to influence the organization's environmental performance. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sustainability programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sustainability. They will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental performance data, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and promoting sustainable practices within the organization.

  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations, supporting audits and maintaining documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices and engage in stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the company's ecological footprint and ensure business continuity.
  • Research new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance sustainability performance and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way.
