Customer Engagement Specialist

As a customer engagement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional support to our clientele. Your primary objective will be to foster meaningful connections with customers through effective communication, highlighting the value proposition of our products.
- Performance Metrics: Work towards achieving and surpassing performance metrics by leveraging consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
