Dynatrace Integration Specialist

Job Description:

This is a critical role that will require someone with expertise in Dynatrace setup and configuration, synthetic monitoring, and alarm management. As an IT Engineer with 5 years of experience in this field, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring Dynatrace for optimal performance.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing synthetic monitoring and alerting systems. This will involve collaborating with application and platform teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot user complaints and perform root cause analysis. You will also identify recurring problems and implement long-term fixes.

This role requires someone who has a strong understanding of Dynatrace setup and configuration, as well as synthetic monitoring and alarm management. Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is also required.

As a skilled IT professional, you must have a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles is also necessary.
