We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing customer support programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceptional learner experience.

The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, learners, and external partners to ensure timely execution of programs. The successful candidate should possess strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program management, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordination with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to meet program timelines.
  • Learner onboarding, communication, and engagement during the program.
  • Collection and analysis of program data to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
  • First point of contact for learners and stakeholders, resolving queries quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0–3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant skills welcome).
  • Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
