Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our placement team.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with employers and funders for hiring and sponsorship opportunities across India.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and outcomes.
  • Support local center teams in identifying and securing job opportunities that align with market needs.
  • Organize placement-related activities such as industry talks, site visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of placement data and reports, adhering to audit standards.
  • Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance and targets, driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and optimize student readiness for the job market.
  • Negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement placement strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, funders, and center teams.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance and targets.
