As a CA Articled Assistant, you will be part of a financial consulting firm that advises companies on mergers and acquisitions.   • Maintaining complete client files
  • Preparing management reports
  • Finalising accounts and preparing financial statements
  • Computing income tax liability and preparing returns
  • Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
  • Assisting in preparing financial models

Required skills include strong accountancy knowledge, proficiency in tax and corporate laws, and good communication and presentation skills. Working knowledge of MS-Office is also essential.
