Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  • Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify historical and projected trends.
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  • Work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  • Manage team responsibilities and proactively consult with Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
  • Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Develop relationships with current and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including audit or transaction advisory services.

Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.

Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.

Possess an uncommon drive and entrepreneurial spirit.

Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
