About this role:

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, testing, and scaling strategic projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on position requiring comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and collaboration across teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution: scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff for seamless delivery.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to make informed recommendations on scaling, iterating, or sunsetting initiatives.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture and share best practices and learnings across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market needs and trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership providing structured problem-solving and strategic input.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or program/project management roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, or data platform is desired.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset solving open-ended problems and building from scratch with agility and adaptability.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is highly desirable.
