Project Leadership Opportunity

We seek a highly experienced architect to lead impactful consultancy projects, driving innovative design and regulatory excellence.

As a Senior Architect and Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight.
  • Managing design, compliance, and seamless delivery of small to mid-value projects independently.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and ensuring architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements.
  • Chairing interdisciplinary meetings, coordinating teams, setting clear project goals, and managing resources to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep experience preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies.
  • Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, with experience with project scheduling tools an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional technical communicator, adept at leading meetings and coordinating with clients, authorities, and consultants.
