Strategic Finance Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership, with a proven track record of driving strategic and operational excellence.

  • Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting and financial planning.
  • Lead and manage accounts payable/receivable, cost control, revenue optimization and internal controls.
  • Review and analyze profit and loss statements, cash flows and operational metrics specific to banquet and catering projects.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with regulations; coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Implement financial best practices, controls and ERP systems tailored to banqueting/catering.
  • Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins and control expenses.
  • Support leadership in decision-making with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Mentor and supervise the finance team; drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
  • Manage vendor contracts, payment cycles and timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners.
  • Conduct variance analysis, highlight cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of overall finance experience including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally, SAP or hospitality ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • High integrity and process orientation; experience in audit and statutory reporting.
